I have missed y'all, like alot!

So I know I haven't been blogging regularly, but life is just crazy and I haven't had the energy to do it alot lately. I have been battling bronchitis and now my sinuses are going haywire! Ugh the life of a new nurse!

I'm sorry I haven't been around on this here blog a lot but sometimes life just gets in the way and we have to remain in reality and not escape to the wonderful world of Blog Land. 

I will try my best to make more of an effort to blog more! I know I have been terrible at commenting too and I am gonna work harder on commenting and responding to comments quicker. Please know I read each and every one and love reading everyones thoughts! Bloggy friends please know I read all y'alls post I have just been super sucky at commenting on them, sorry, I will try harder!
