In the hospital

Bloggy friends I need you to do me a favor please. I had to bring my granny to the hospital today, we are in the ER now. She is very sick, dehydrated, kidney infection & possibly pneumonia. I would like to ask for everyone to please pray for her! I am here with her & I am sick too so we are a sad bunch. I know this community is very compassionate & supportive so that is why I asked y'all! Thank u so much and know that I love & cherish each and everyone of y'all!

Sometimes and Always #3

So I am linking up with Megan again for another day of sometimes and always! 

Sometimes: I want to watch a movie
Always: i'm too lazy to actually pick one out and watch it

Sometimes: I want to get really dressed up and go out
Always: I wind up putting on sweat clothes and staying the house

Sometimes: I love to just sit around all day reading and listening to music
Always: my mom makes me feel guilty about it so I get up and do something else


Sometimes: I wonder why I started blogging 
Always: I remember that I do it for me and that it is a great outlet for me and that I have met some awesome bloggy friends!


Well I am off to get ready to head to the doctor and hopefully get me some meds to make me unsick (yes I know this is not a word) before my aunt's wedding this weekend!


I dunno what pics I have from Christmas, but once I look I will see if any are worth posting!

Merry Day after Christmas!

So I know I have been MIA for the past week, but I have a very good reason. I have had 2 precious lil boys @ my house and my sweet cousin staying with me all week. The boys are 4 and 5 months old, so I have had a busy week! and unfortunately I will probably be MIA for the next few days still, bc the 4 yr old is still with us, I am again very sick, and my aunt is getting married this weekend, so I will be busy again! But just know I miss you all in the blogosphere! I am looking forward to being back with you asap! 


Send me some ideas for some new posts ideas! I would love to hear from y'all on what y'all wanna hear me talk about!

Christmas

Ok people so its only 6 days until Christmas and I have a ton of stuff to do and alot of ppl to entertain! So therefore, I will be MIA for the next week. I have a 5 month old, 4 year old, cousin, granny, parents, aunt & her fiance, and a few others here or coming this week. Plus I have some major baking to start tomorrow! Oh in case non of you have ever tried it, I am making Buffalo Chicken Dip, Cookies, Andes Mint Cake, Candy, and a few other things! Pics will be coming next week when I have time to upload them all! So if I don't see you until then I want to wish each of your lovely ppl a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year! I love each and everyone of you and wish you nothing but love, happiness, peace, and joy!

Bloggers Block

Ok people so there are only 10 more days till Christmas!! Can you believe it? I can't because I have so much to do and I don't even know where to start!!! AHHHHHH someone help me!! 


So I haven't wrapped a single present, I have to wrap presents for my dad because apparently he is to lazy I wrap better than he does. Not to mention the fact that you can't get into my closet, because I have the largest closet and all the presents get into mine. 


My cousins are coming to my house sunday and will be here till after Christmas!

(So im super excited about them coming, but bc of the above I have to have everything done b4 then)

I making some homemade presents for my mom this year and so I have to fine time to make them while she is not around, which she is pretty much always around!

I still have to find my dad some more stuff for Christmas and he is sooooo hard to buy for! Ugh!!!

Anyways, I said all this to say that I had no idea what to write for my blog today. I have a severe case of bloggers block and couldn't think. I normally link up with Michelle and Lynsay, but I have already posted all my home decor pics and didn't want to bore you with them again. 

Oh I missed all you bloggy peeps yestereday bc I was out of town, I had to travel 4 hours to get my granny and bring her to my house, she isn't able to drive that far on her own anymore. 

Anyways, I am going to hop in the shower to hopefully get my day started and be productive!

Ps. hopefully tomorrow I will have something more interesting to write about :)

Sometimes/Always #2

So I am back with another link up with Megan over at Mackey Madness for another Sometimes and Always link up party! I really enjoy doing these and love to read what other ppl put for theirs. So here we go! 

Sometimes: I wish that my life wasn't so difficult and that things would actually turn out right for once.


Always: I am thankful for my life and the hardships bc they have made me into the person I am today

Sometimes: I wish I had siblings that I had grown up with and that were close in age


Always: I am thankful for the relationship I have with my sister, no matter our 12 year age difference

Sometimes: I wish I could whiz through school and not have to study so much


Always: I am thankful for my education and the opportunities I have been given

Sometimes: I wish that I was already married and starting a family


Always: thankful that it wasn't with any of my ex-boyfriends, bc that would be worse than nothing at all. and I know the Lord has someone amazing coming for me!

Cold, Rainy Monday

Hello bloggy world!! Oh how I have missed you! So I was out of town for the weekend and missed reading everyones blogs and getting to write to all you fabulous ladies! So I was at my sisters last weekend visiting with her, my BIL, and niece and nephew for our Christmas time with them. We had a good time and I especially enjoyed spending time with my niece! She wouldn't let me out of her sight and followed me everywhere. We played all weekend and I showed her how to work the present we had gotten her for Christmas. She absolutely loved it! She is very artistic and loves anything to do with drawing and coloring, so we got her a glow in the dark drawing board with lights on it. My nephew loved his hot wheels cars and new race track he got. I was sad to leave my niece and she was sad for me to leave too, but I told her to call me to tell me what santa brought her for Christmas! 


On another note, I have been working out for a week and watching what I eat and I have lost (drum roll please) 2 pounds!! I am so excited! This definitely gives me the motivation I needed to go for my run today with the weather the way it is, bc all I wanna do right now is sleep, read, and watch movies (perfect day for all). But in lieu of having lost 2 pounds I am going to lug myself off the couch and put on my running shoes and hit the treadmill. 


So with that last thought I reckon I better get off of here and get to running (joy not), so wish me luck and I will keep everyone in the loop on my weight loss journey!

Christmas Favorites Linkup

So today I am linking up with Lyndsay and Michelle for another week of Christmas favorites! This week we are doing Favorite Christmas Movies! I am so excited to see what everyones favorite movies are! So I basically start watching Christmas movies as soon as they come on and keep watching them no matter how many times i've seen them or even if I just saw them! lol!  So here goes! 

So I have a lot of Christmas movies that I absolutely love! I couldn't pick all of them so here are some of them that are really good! Hope y'all enjoy!

I absolutely love this movie! We watch it every year on Christmas Eve and I could watch it year round for that matter! I love all the music, the dancing, the snow, the romance, comedy, and good old fashioned times! 

We normally watch this movie a day or two before Christmas and I love love love it! 

This set contains all of the holiday classics that every child should see each and every year! I watch these with my little cousin, he is 4

So these are my 3 favorites that I watch every year! Now on to the others I love too!

So I don't know about y'all but I love watching the Hallmark Channel! So here are some movies from that channel!

And I also love watching ABC Family's 25 Days Till Christmas

Christmas Deco

Ok so I finally have the pics for all of my Christmas Deco! So my mom and I have been basically working on this for the past week/weekend. We just finished tonight and still aren't quite done with the outside yet. So I was gonna do a what I did over the weekend post, but as you can see this is basically it. Oh we did go shopping saturday and go to Family Day @ my dad's guard unit, but other than that nothing but Christmas stuff done! I did get to read a book on my Kindle and I am almost done with it and super ready to finish it, bc it is so good!
